- Locate and connect Colbert & Williams class members and individuals with disabilities/mental illness, transitioning through levels of care, with spiritual resources in community as well as in facilities
- Recognize the impact of spirituality on self-management
2.0 CEUs will be offered for nurses, social workers, professional counselors, and nursing home administrators.
