Orientation Courses

Comprehensive Program orientation material.

To facilitate standardized training across all Comprehensive Program provider agencies, UIC College of Nursing has developed a series of pre-recorded orientation videos with comprehension tests. These videos provide guidance on the processes and procedures of the Comprehensive Program as well as clinical best practices. After watching the video, learners must complete and pass a test to measure their understanding of and engagement with the training material.

Required modules should be completed within 60 days of hire and/or once per fiscal year.

These modules are regularly updated as policies and procedures are changed.

The orientation modules and tests are housed on a learning management site, Click4Course. There are detailed instructions for using this site in the images below. Scroll through the images to see step by step instructions.

Effective 12/1/21, Click4Course has changed to a new domain. All new users should access Click4Course at their new site: https://colbert-williams.myclick4course.com/

Courses have been updated to reflect FY24 changes. If you took the course for FY23, you will hit "retake" to complete the updated course. Prime Agencies are asked to complete by 12/2/23.
