Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition that is triggered by a traumatic event — either experiencing it or witnessing it. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares and severe anxiety, as well as uncontrollable thoughts about the event.

Self-Care and Burnout Heading link
Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. Good self-care is key to improved mood and reduced anxiety. Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It can make a person feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands.
