Dehydration Heading link
Dehydration occurs when the body uses or loses more fluid than it takes in, and the body doesn’t have enough water and other fluids to carry out its normal functions. If lost fluids are not replaced, the body will become dehydrated. Anyone may become dehydrated, but the condition is especially dangerous for young children and older adults.
